How an Escape Room Works
How long does a game last?
A game always lasts 60 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can walk you through the game and the rules without rushing.
Are the rooms suitable for every player?
Yes! Please just note the information on the respective themes if you have any medical conditions such as asthma.
How late can I cancel?
You can cancel your booking online up to 48 hours in advance. Only then can we refund the ticket price. If you have booked more than one room, you'll need to cancel at least 14 days before the game starts.
What's the minimum age?
There's no age restriction unless one is explicitly stated for a particular room.
Is there parking nearby?
As we're right in the middle of the old town, it's best to park in one of the nearby car parks. 'Tiefgarage Kapuzinerplatz' and 'Q-Park Marktstieg' are both a 5-minute walk away.
When should we arrive?
Arriving 5 minutes early is ideal (allow time to find parking, too). Your game master will then calmly explain the rules, and you can get yourselves mentally ready for the next 60 minutes.
How many people can play?
Normally a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 7 people. You'll find the exact numbers for each game on its room page.
What if we're not on time?
Unfortunately, any delay has to be deducted from your game time, as we can't shift the bookings that follow yours.
Is there step-free access?
As we're located in a multi-storey period building, our rooms can only be reached via stairs, so unfortunately access is not step-free. If you have any further questions, feel free to call or email us.
Drinks & Alcohol
Please arrive sober and clear-headed. Anyone not in full command of their senses will be excluded from the game.
